IRIV was instructed by a developer to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for a luxury gated community concept. Our vision was to bring the elegance of Georgian architecture into the modern era, resulting in the creation of six exclusive residences that exude timeless beauty.
Each residence was carefully designed to offer a luxurious living experience. The thoughtful layout includes a small concierge space for personalized service, a well-equipped fitness center with a spa and pool for ultimate relaxation, and convenient on-site parking. The centerpiece of the development is the four apartments in each residence, with two stunning penthouses showcasing panoramic views. Our main concept revolved around creating a development of human scale. We aimed to strike a balance between providing comfort and privacy to the residents while avoiding a sense of detachment.
