Irena of IRIV DESIGN was contracted to do some design work at the Hyatt Regency/10 Albert Embankment London. Since the first meeting, I felt her enthusiasm and knowledge as to what was to be done.
In a few days, she drew sketches and contacted Lambeth municipality to find out what was required for our application to the changes. Later, she brought names of suppliers and contractors for us to negotiate with. She researched the history of our building and retrieved architectural drawings which we did not have . Her follow-up was extraordinary with us, Lambeth, and the contractors we have chosen. It was a pleasure to work with such a competent person.
I recommend her to take any size of project in the future, those who will, would not be disappointed.
